Didnt like air unit, cutting off all during the night

Disappointing stay
First room we were assigned had no working plumbing and concierge argued with us before moving us to another room. They promised to clean the room the next day but didn't. Breakfast area was not picked up daily and flies were in the area, probably due to overflowing trash and leftover food from previous day. Most desk workers were teens constantly on their phones and texting while we were trying to ask for help. My daughter encountered rudeness which is not very good for front desk personnel. We cut our stay short and left a day early.

Floor of the room was dirty. Shower curtain would not stay spread out letting water out. No drain stop in sink and tub. Dripping faucet. First room, the toilet did not flush. Second room, the toilet barely flushed. Room had a strong smell of mildew or mold. Wood chips on the floor of the foyer. Shower head felt like a pressure washer.

Picked this hotel because it said free breakfast. They had a sign at the desk that said, "kitchen closed"! reservation was screwed up from the start. Had to ask for linens everyday. None of the desk clerks communicated anything to the next shift! No water pressure in the shower. Have had better water pressure at fish camps in Old Mexico!

End had spiderwebs everywhere, parts of the building was falling apart. Remote control didn’t work and side emergency door stop opening with your room key.

Tv didnt work first room! So second room key card didnt work
So we got moved to a third room. Breakfast was cold!

Hotel looks nothing like the pictures. First room we couldn’t even get in due to somehow being locked from the inside. Second room the toilet wouldn’t flush. Third room the sink faucet barely worked. The bed comforters were stained in all rooms. The floor in the hallways looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a week. Yogurt all over the elevator floor. Power kept going off while trying to get ready. Absolutely do not recommend. We skipped breakfast because we were scared of it based on the rooms.

It was readily apparent that this was the off-season for the area and motel. The motel just needed some TLC.
