Check in desk-clerk wasn't very customer friendly--seemed annoyed we were taking up her time. The room was okay, although there was a huge dirt spot on the wall we had to clean, the room smelled like stale cigarette smoke (we had a non-smoking room although there were cigarette butts on the sidewalk outside) and there were cigarette burn holes on the bedspread. The exterior of the room/property could clearly use some attention.

Satisfaction depends on the room

Stayed several times at this hotel. Rooms vary. Luck of the draw. One room had uneven floors, which made the dresser out of level, which made the TV out of level. One room the door didn’t close tightly so every car that drove past sounded like it was driving thru the room. Emergency sirens… thru the room as well. But then… a nice room, but upstairs. I try not to be picky, but when you ask for my opinion I’ll give it

The rooms were very clean the only thing they did not have a place to get ice at the facility for your dreams or coffee in your room other than that was a pleasant state

After staying here multiple times, my per diem check was a little late. The morning desk clerk (who was well within her right to do so) made me pack up and wait in the lobby for 2.5 hours instead of allowing me to remain in my room. This was at 11:20 am, she was aware of the fact that I was staying for work. I did not return. Days Inn is now getting my business!
