It was nice staying at the Kasturi. Staff was polite and ambience was delightful. Food was delicious and lift was working fine

The door opens in balcony was unable to locked. the latch was defective, at 3:30 am it opened by wind. Couldn't sleep whole night. The tea kettle was not in room, we have to asked it.

Kasturi hotel and restaurant in hole mp is like carnage and its behaviour just like garbage and kuda wala ,its owner and owner son is very bad people in mp,so I suggest everyone please don’t come in kasturi hotels and restaurants due to restaurant any food items is very very and very poor and bigest poor. So please don’t come in kasturi hotel on maihar devi road before 2kl meters, tottly vest of money and time, in this restaurant we wait 1 hour for getting food which are very disgusting. Yaha aaa ke khana khane se achaa hai ki kishi foothpath pe kha le Ishan jishk paise aur khane ki ahmiyat ho wo yaha naa aye.

Went for darshn. Too much crowd because of weekends . Checkout timing is 11 but managed to extend till 1 complimentary with the owner gesture.

Overall good experience. Auto available. Rooms were clean. Rooftop not working right now till 1st april. Lift working. Roads are not yet completed so dust issues

The services of Hotel needs bit more customer friendly, as we reached on midnight the sole person at reception was sleeping and we had to wake him up for check-in as well as there was no one to serve water in room till morning 6am. Further the room ambience, fixtures and paint also needs a better housekeeping to give you a feel of what you expect from a hotel charging per night for a triple bed room in a city like Maihar.
