Breakfast was terrible, the poorest I have ever taken in similar hotels. Food was cold, even when I went to the food hall about 7:45am and they close at 9am. There was no milk or cream in the corresponding jars and no staff around. Hash browns were that bad, that I ended throwing them away.
If you have limited mobility, do not go to this hotel, there are tons of stairs with no elevator. Even the breakfast hall is in the basement.
The lady at the check out took a long time with the person in front of me. She did not even tell me “I will be with you in a minute”. I noticed a bucket with used key cards on the counter, I just threw mine there and left.

There was food on the floor in the entrance in the evening and still there in the morning. No extra blankets for the sofa bed and calling the front desk didn’t work.

Accessible room with no walk in shower over 20 stairs to access "free" breakfast. No ramp or elevator to get there
Air conditioner didn't work.
Coffee maker didn't work
Housekeeping every 3 days and even then, furniture not wiped off, floor not vacuumed.
Despite all this, the staff were all very pleasant.

The property was clean, staff were friendly but the breakfast was not up to par, I thought at least there would be some fresh fruit if any. Also we booked a non smoking room but our room smelled like smoke which was very disappointing since we are non smokers but we managed as most of the time we were out and about and returned to sleep at night.

Clean room. Floors in rooms are laminate type. Room clean. Breakfast only really good item was bacon. Would stay again good value for price. Parking was good. We have boat on trailer and SUV. No problem parking in the hotel parking lot.
