The hotel is very nice and clean. BUT…. The ladies at the front desk were the nicest I’ve ever seen. They were so extra helpful and accommodating. Rare today for sure!!! Anything we needed, they were super helpful. I definitely will stay here again.

the rooms had ants, the locks on the doors didn’t work. room key had to be deauthorized 4 times. staff was unfriendly & somewhT incompetent because they didn’t ow how to do the job they were given. the breakfast was unbearable & the manager had her puppy on the premises even though the sign said no pets allowed. there were no ice machines or vending machines & we have been overcharged & the management is refusing to ad

money back. we checked out early because of the problems with the hotel & i was still charged fir a night i wasnt there twice. i prepaid fir 3 nights & paid up front & then after i left i was charged again fir the third night so honestly i am owed 2 refunds but the management keeps saying they cant do anything about that because they aren’t authorized to make adjustments so i just have to live with the overcharge i will never stay at a clairpoimt again & i will tell everyone i know to avoid it because it is not a good place to stay. the pool was unusable fir the kids. it was so small all
you do was wave in it there was no swimming. so overpriced, not customer friendly, unhelpful staff, unacceptable accommodations. not worth the money or the hassle

The side door to the property wasn’t locked.The floors in my room were dirty.The bath tub was dirty.Trash outside not emptied and trash on ground.The phone in the room wasn’t plugged in and when I went to plug it in I found ants up against the wall.

The floors in our room were sticky and left our socks black. The bathroom smelled of mildew and the faucet was coming apart. The window in our room would not lock and everytime someone walked down the hall our door shook like someone was trying to open it.

Staff was awesome from getting me there when I got lost in town to knocking on my door for my wake up call because it wouldn't go through on their end.
Only negative was shower head adjustment didn't work only pulsate, put it on anything else and it sprayed everywhere. It was so late I reported it in the morning and they advised they would have someone look at it.
I would stay there again.

Property advertised that it was Pet Friendly on website but when I arrived I was told it did not except pets. I had booked and paid for 4 rooms with Travelocity. I have not received a refund. NEVER AGAIN!! BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES.

Shower set-up was awkward. Broken window in room with blue tape on cracks. Ice machine broken all week on 1st floor.
