Cool room, and front desk politely brought me Advil in the night when I needed it, promptly. Would definitely stay here again. Room was a little loud due to restaurant down below but other than that it was a pleasant stay, comfortable bed, and clean

Great everything, Tracey in the Resturant and the delicious Dinner and dessert to T the bartender for making us amazing drinks was such a great first stay ! The girls got us waters at the check in got us water at the at the check in it us water at the end of the night , to the beautiful lake view from our balcony ! Such a great place !!

整个餐厅的概念非常混乱、繁琐，而且对顾客很不友好。你永远不知道谁会带你到你的餐桌，不知道在哪里点餐，也不知道谁负责什么。我觉得年轻女孩们经常显得无助和不知所措。晚餐时，我们坐在一群年轻的（VIP）客人旁边，他们行为吵闹、举止不当，甚至近乎粗鲁。不幸的是，友好且乐于助人的女服务员（年纪已经大一些）尽管试图“缓和气氛”，却无能为力。可惜的是，她没有成功。经理应该介入，因为，值得庆幸的是，我们（两个人）在晚餐上花了高达310美元。结果，我们剩下的时间都在外面吃。真可惜！

这是我第三次入住这里了。感觉比以前吵了一点。停车场已经满了，虽然我在这里住了三晚，但还是没能停车。停车场本身管理不善，而且车都停在停车场外面，很难通行。我觉得还有改进的空间。
前台工作人员未经培训，也没有权限回答大多数问题。我们曾三次被转介到蒙陶度假村的前台寻求答案。埃尔多拉多酒店无法独立运营，实在令人遗憾。
