The front desk staff was getting complaints of such load noises of things being thrown against the wall. One guests described the noise as like trash cans can being thrown against the walls. She had been knocking a few times and no one would answer and she could her someone. She needed to make sure everyone was ok and that the noise complaints were from multiple rooms on that floor. Please rest assure I have spoken to staff regarding how there are different ways to handle this situation in the future. Here at Super 8, we continuously strive to meet your needs and expectations.

The pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable. The night time noise from the commercial business across the street was loud and distruptive with the swingshift change. Ask for a room away from the noise.

I was told trailer parking was good but when we got there we were told park on the north side but it wasn't sufficient. Elevator was down. Stairs needed vacuuming

Easy 5 minutes to the Dechutes County Fairgrounds. Simple hotel with AWESOME staff. Basic breakfast included, washing machines available, well worth the stay when passing through or for a an easy stay and short walk to the the fairground. A+ for friendly, helpful STAFF.

Office staff were very nice. The location was perfect, about a 10 min. walk to the fairgrounds for a festival. Also right by a gas station/store.
