Enjoyable stay in Richmond
Very hospitable staff, food and beer were excellent. Excellent location. Parking was a bit tight, and a bit tortuous to the rooms, but overall it was pretty much as expected, and an enjoyable stay.

A great last minute overnight trip here. The room was lovely, quaint and cosy. We ate dinner in the pub and cannot fault the food. I had lasagne and my husband had gammon. Breakfast was great. Cereal, toast, juice and hot drinks available to help yourself to and then order hot food. I had eggs bennedict and my husband had a full English. Great value for money and would definitely recommend!

Overnight in Richmond.
Very friendly old, centrally located in Richmond coaching inn.
The staff cannot be faulted for their service and welcome.
Wonderful pillows and perfectly poached eggs for breakfast.

Invest in your bedrooms
Lovely, friendly and helpful staff and great bar area. Unfortunately the rooms and lack of investment let the place down.
Comfy bed and clean sheets but that’s as far is it goes.
Broken toilet, dirty bath, kettle had old water in and hallways and carpets really dirty.
Unfortunately the place isn’t what it used to be, and really needs some upgrading to the rooms. Definitely didn’t warrant the price we paid, and we’ve been coming many years.
Also breakfast a huge let down compared to how it was. A start would be to sort the toaster out!!

地段不错，我预订的时候酒吧看起来也不错，但几乎没有停车位，服务总体来说很慢很不连贯，尤其是办理入住和订晚餐的时候（早餐好多了）。
房间非常陈旧，条件也不太好。我的房间有点倾斜，而且靠近商业街，早上6点就被吵醒了，外面商店送货的声音，再加上住在酒吧楼上，各种噪音都能听到。
位置极佳，就在镇上，但我的房间是共用浴室的——可能是我的错，因为我没有检查
