Sandman was average hotel but had poor room service. I had to call one evening for coffee and towels and they were not brought that night and only replaced the towels the next day, no coffee was brought

The electric heater was off and the coils were exposed. The TV picture was distorted. Tv needed a maintenace person to come and fix. No sound no tv was visible.No instructions how to use channel changer. Complained to desk staff snd he just didn’t acknowledge anything. Didn’t really care. maybe I have a whole laughing and see what and not send it till tomorrow morning.

Dirty room. Dirty hallways. Dirty walls. TV didnt have cable, only apps. But TV wasn’t connected to the internet. So no TV.
Also, the pool has been under renovation for months with no expected date of reopening. Equivalent of ‘no pool’. Poop should not be listed as an amenity at this hotel.

The good thing was that the property is pet friendly. The front staff were also friendly and helpful; On the down side, the property is getting a little tired and in need of a renovation. The room is carpeted and full of many years of unpleasant odors. Unpleasant chemicals were used to disguise the smell. We expect better from Sandman.

The check in assistance was particularly great and even included some porter service. An extra effort was to find out and advise us of the timing of the fireworks showing that evening.

The room was disgustingly dirty. The carpet was stained and filthy. The window sills and windows looked like they’d never been cleaned. The bathtub and toilet had permanent stains due to age. Hallways were in disrepair. Pool was out of order and not noted on *******. Railings were falling off and front entrance door smashed. Very unsafe for children or anyone with mobility issues

房间广告上说原价300美元,现在特价169美元。照片很漂亮,还宣传说带游泳池。
房间跟照片完全不一样,而且破旧不堪。墙上满是污渍,踢脚线都鼓起来了,灯闪烁好几次才亮,露出灯具里脏兮兮的,还有虫子。这样的房间连100美元都不值,更别说169美元了,更别说300美元了,更别提游泳池还关着。
绝对不会再住了。
前台非常热情,让我们提前入住。床需要翻新,门套松垮,有凹痕。可惜房间里留了一条脏毛巾。所有威廉姆斯湖的酒店都需要翻新。
