The bed was clean, but the room smelled moldy — like an old building. Because of that, the whole place felt damp and musty. The staff were unfriendly, and the breakfast was terrible. It would’ve been better if breakfast hadn’t been included at all. The “breakfast included” part of the booking felt almost like a scam.

Property is a little bit away from ferry terminal so missed the midnight rush to check in. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are a bit dated in furniture but comfortable beds and well appointed for overnight stay.

My room was the first room in the corridor. The corridor was having a door which was heavy. Each time people came in or went out through the corridor, the door slamming loudly. One morning, other guests might need to catch a very early morning flight, and woke me up. Other than the door all other things were good. Staff were friendly.

The staff were good. Left early to catch the ferry, so did not stay for breakfast but the manager let us grab a muffin and fruit the night before to take with us. Only complaint was the trash was not emptied and it needed to be vacumed.

住一晚还行。凌晨12:50从内湾航道抵达，前台还在营业！接待员很友好。大楼有点老旧。房间和走廊里有一股霉味。床很干净，床垫也不错。房间里有一台大冰箱。早餐在会议室里，虽然简单，但足够了，里面有各种各样的盒子和其他物品。不过工作人员非常友好。
酒店靠近波特哈迪机场（几乎没有空中交通）。对于乘坐渡轮抵达或离开的旅客来说，这是一个不错的选择，而且比镇上的酒店（大约十分钟路程，而且不太吸引人）更便宜。酒店经理非常友好且乐于助人。推荐。
