I was surprised when I checked in they indicated they had a $125 required deposit. The hotel was listed as non smoking and the the room smelled of cigars.

Needs improvements
Barely any parking spots due to construction tubs in the parking lot and spaces taped off. Halls and elevators not very clean. Incidental fee was outrageous 5x’s what I usually pay!

酒店回复: This is the first anyone has said they could not find parking. We did have some spots blocked off due to extensive tree trimming on Saturday and did not want guest vehicles to be damaged from tree debris. Our deposit is $125.00 which is not outrageous. We are freshly renovated, so I'm confused on where the halls and elevators are not clean. We appreciate your business and apologize that we did not meet your standards.

The front desk staff was friendly and the room was clean. However, there were several light bulbs out in the room and both bedside lamps were broken and hanging off of the wall. Also, the rod for closing the light-blocking curtains had been ripped from the curtains, and the wi-fi speeds were glacial. But the biggest issue was the common areas. The grounds were dirty, and trash (including beer cans) was overflowing from the garbage cans throughout the property. The stairwell was filthy and poorly lit, the carpet was unraveling in several places, and it reeked of **** one morning. The rule about not smoking within 25 feet of a building was not followed/enforced, and groups of people were regularly sitting near the main entrance drinking alcohol. Finally, there were various trailers, pieces of equipment, and a car without license plates taking up parking spaces in an already small parking lot, and they didn't move the entire time I was there. Overall, the property just felt neglected and borderline unsafe. Also, we're more than two years into the pandemic. If you're no longer offering a complimentary breakfast due to the pandemic, you've had more than enough time to remove that from the hotel listing.

I really blamed myself for not reading previous reviews before booking. This place is horrible, it smells bad, sofa stinks, TV does not come on and when it did, no volume or signal. Front desk person came in my room twice. Said nothing he can do, the manager came in 9 am the next day. Told me if I want to watch TV, I should connect my own service from my phone.

We booked a suite through the hotel's website and were told upon arrival that there were none available, we had to have two rooms. We would not be charged extra and they would be next to each other. They were across the hall and down from each other. We had minors and it was not safe to have them by themselves so my husband and I split up. The hallways and rooms smell like smoke. The sheets were clean but the beds are saggy and kitchen items stained. The pull out mattresses in both rooms were stained: one with urine and the other with blood so we slept on them folded back up. There are no security doors on the building so anyone can walk in which is probably why it smells so bad. Also, there was a guy smoking pot inside on the stairs. I actually walked by him on my way out of the building. It smelled like pot and cigarettes the whole night. I was glad to find room down the road to finish our three night stay in. When we left this place, I think I was charged for the two rooms instead of the suite but I was so tired and so grossed out, I didn't really care. It was just good to leave. Oh, and those pictures up above? None of that stuff is there. This had to be a nice place once upon a time but it is definitely not now.

Recently stayed there and was sorely disappointed. The bed, sofa, table and chairs were comfortable; but bring your own supplies-toilet tissue, Lysol, hand soap, towels. It is advertised as a suite and has a full sized refrigerator which was quite helpful. The microwave and 2 burner stove were useful too; but stop at Target and pick up paper towels, dish soap, forks, knives, spoons. Dishes were present. The TV didn’t work for me. I reported it twice and could not get in room help, nor instructions on remote.

Suite,comfortable,good value thru priceline or hopper,just off route 7 near Ashburn/Dulles. near shopping center and fast food ,gas stations ,mission bbq etc difficult to find at night ,the sign was not lit up
