I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. This was not a great experience at all. I did not get the room I originally reserved, and the front desk staff twisted words when I asked about the issue. The person helping me was in training with no supervisor present, which made the situation even more frustrating.
The room provided was very small and could not accommodate three people as needed. Because the reservation could not be honored, I received a refund—but I did NOT receive the full $125 that was supposed to be refunded.
Overall, this was poor service, and I am requesting that the remaining $125 be refunded immediately.

酒店回复: Thank you for letting us know about your recent reservation with us. We apologize that you were not happy with the room provided at check in. This is the room type that came over from the 3rd party you booked through. One queen bed handicap room with roll in wheelchair shower access and a sleeper sofa. The queen bed sleeps 2 and the sleeper sofa which is a Twin sleeps 1. The front desk staff member was not in training, Your room charge and deposit are one fee, however separate charges from your bank. Those charges take 7 to 10 business days depending on your banking institution.

Staff support was lacking didn’t get to book the hotel they said they couldn’t find the name it was under and i could not get my refund back wasted money coming from an hour drive and did not get to get the hotel.

This is a great property. Basically all the comforts of a studio apartment, just no oven. 😂
My room was very clean and modern. A desk would have been helpful but I made-do with the small table (Queen studio). Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Needs improvements
Barely any parking spots due to construction tubs in the parking lot and spaces taped off. Halls and elevators not very clean. Incidental fee was outrageous 5x’s what I usually pay!

We did have some spots blocked off due to extensive tree trimming on Saturday and did not want guest vehicles to be damaged from tree debris. Our deposit is $125.00 which is not outrageous. We are freshly renovated, so I'm confused on where the halls and elevators are not clean. We appreciate your business and apologize that we did not meet your standards.
