That room was horrible and nasty.. I have stayed here before when visiting my family and it wasn’t that bad. I will never stay at this hotel again I went in and there was one towel and ceilings look like mold around them and was black looking.

There were BEDBUG stains in the corners of the mattresses in both the original room, and the room next door that they moved me to, which had TWO beds, which BOTH had stains. I have picture proof if you require it. I want my money back, because I didn't even stay the night there, didn't even unpack my car! My whole group left when we saw the bed situation. I will never stay in a super 8 again. Please reach out to them or something. If you have never had bedbugs before, please know that they are horrible, terrible, disgusting, and damn near impossible to get rid of once you have them. I was given them before years ago, and it literally scarred my psyche-never again. They don't have in person staff at the front counter, either. It's a kiosk where you talk to someone virtually. Ray was pleasant enough but the state of the rooms ruined the entire experience. When I ordered a smoking room, I also didn't expect to get blankets with burn holes through them either, idk, I thought it would be nicer than that, sue me. The lobby does NOT reflect the state of the rooms. I'd like to repeat, I did not spend the night here. I left maybe 30 minutes later after checking in, IF that.

The room needed new carpeting and the bath tub was old.The breakfast was very disappointing. The front desk was a man on a screen!

I asked for room service and they just pulled cover up on bed and didn't change comforter had burn marks all in it from cigarettes shower was not clean

Dilapidated building hallways and stairs, bed hard AS A ROCK, musty smoke smelling room. Shower tiles broken and moldy.TV picture quality was poor. Breakfast was mini muffin yogurt and juice. Town was easy to navigate with tons of food options. It was Race weekend and it was definitely over priced. I would definitely not rebook this location if I returned.

I was placed in a smoking room although I did not request one. Without going into a ton of detail, this is by far the worst room I've ever stayed in. Everything about the room was disgusting.
