我以前住过Best Western，体验还不错，但这次是我住过最差的一家，以后再也不会住了。走廊里和房间里都有一股怪味。我晚上10点左右办理入住，刚走进房间，开始把软包放在长凳上，前台就打电话来说我太吵了？还说如果再有人投诉就要把我赶出去？那天晚上我都不敢出声，因为有个爱抱怨的“凯伦”（Karen，指爱管闲事、爱找茬的顾客）打电话过来，前台那男的也冷冰冰的。

I left my portable charger, went back a couple of hours later to retrieve it and they returned it to me! Wow, what excellent service. The person at the desk said it was probably on the cleaning person’s cart and sure enough it was returned to me in a bag. They also provided ear plugs since the property is located ear the freeway. It’s the first place I have stayed in many years that has provided them for free!!

Room was clean! Love the flooring way better than carpet. Hallways to the room should be upgraded also! Staff was friendly. Bed frames are metal which is great for cleanliness but one of the beds in our double queen room made a horrible sound everytime you rolled over. Load enough to wake up other member if the room.
