The staff was professional, friendly and helpful. They were always visible and attentive. The facility was in fantastic condition and highly recommend this Hyatt Place to anyone staying in this area. The area around it is nice, safe and has multiple shopping options

Placement of the HVAC unit in the room put the air output right at the side of the bed which blew directly on the person sleeping on that side. Went and slept on the sofa.

I expected more from the Hyatt Brand.
I took an accessible suite with 2 beds for my 3 person family. There is 1 elevator bank for the building and the halls are very long.
1 The suite for disabled people is at the farthest point from the elevator. Literally the last room on the hall. Huh?
2 The room had 2 full size beds, not queens. Does any hotel still use full mattresses? The beds are really too soft. You actually sink in. Why? BTW my husband glasses fell behind an end table. We had to move it to reach them. Filthy.
3. No tissues, No hair dryer, no plastic laundry bag. OK......but why? No hair dryer is unheard of.
4. The one that sent me over the edge was breakfast. The room was mid construction. Walls were taped and spackled. It was brightly lit in blinding white lite like all construction sites. Folding tables etc. The actual breakfast was pawltry. They werent ready a half hr after start. Some bad bread choices, hard boiled eggs, bananas, cheap no name cereals, 1 chafing dish with half empty tray of sausage, empty scrambles and cheap tater tots. Inedible in a bad environment. There was another large conference rm a fews doors down that looked in good shape sitting unused.
The last time I challenged a charge on Amex was at least 20 yrs ago. My 200. dollar stay was seriously sub par so I may choose that option. Sept. 2025.

照片都是假的！没错，这家酒店正在施工，所以可能会有点乱。但是，泳池里有脏袜子。泳池里三个不同的地方散落着令人作呕的刷子（根本没用！）。泳池水浑浊难闻！！没有干净的毛巾，到处都是令人作呕的用过的毛巾！！！！
另外，******* 没有提醒我这个顾客酒店正在施工，否则我绝对不会预订这家酒店！！！这又是*******不履行职责、传递错误信息的另一个例子！！！

太糟糕了。如果能避开这家酒店，那就最好了。酒店正在施工，但具体情况尚未透露。更糟糕的是，包括管理层在内的工作人员都是有史以来最粗鲁、最难相处的人。他们根本不让任何人坐在大堂里。我们被告知必须买点东西才能坐在大堂里，然后他们又声称管理层不希望大堂里“吵闹”！我们都是四五十岁的成年人了！！！我们带了外卖进酒店，他们不让我们坐在早餐区，那里只是一张脏兮兮的折叠桌。每次我们问问题，答案都是“不”。我们甚至打电话给凯悦酒店集团投诉。酒店乱糟糟的，停车场里堆满了杂物和垃圾箱。总之，这是我住过的最恶心、最不友好的酒店之一。千万别住这里。不值得你花钱、花时间，甚至损害你的理智。
首先，我要说的是，经过多次投诉，我终于收到了一晚住宿的退款。床单上有污渍，浴缸有缺口。由于酒店正在装修，预订时没有提及。我们住的那层楼闻起来有煮洋葱的味道。我们被告知住在那层楼的员工用空气炸锅、电煎锅和其他烹饪设备做饭。这难道不是火灾隐患吗？
千万别住这里！唯一让我满意的是早上前台的Tavon。他很体谅我，毫不犹豫地退了我的钱。
这家酒店正在装修，看起来和闻起来都很糟糕。
预订网站上应该提到这一点。我觉得退款是因为信息不实。我还没到房间，他们就扣了我的信用卡费用。
脏，远离
房间很脏。我没法洗澡。有人的头发还留在里面。头发太多了，不知道他们打扫了会不会有人注意到。不推荐！！！
维护不善。早餐不错。由于建筑状况不佳且做工粗糙，入住体验不佳。
