upon arrival one of our key cards would not work, the doors are way too complicated. tv would not work at first. limited cable was terrible and breakfast was absolutely disgusting

You might need to take a look at your coffee and pancake batter specifically. When we tried them this morning, they tasted sour. Overall, we always look forward to stay at La Quinta. Thanks!

The first night was fine, but on the second night I found bed bugs in my room. I was moved to another room where I discovered rat droppings on the pillow. There was no manager on duty, and I was only offered another room, which I declined because I no longer felt safe.
Despite providing photo evidence, the hotel claimed there were “no rats” and refunded just one night. This was an extremely unsanitary and stressful experience. Management showed no accountability. I do not recommend staying here.

When we first arrived, check-in was quick and the lady at the front desk was very friendly, but that’s where the good experience ended. After going out for food, we came back and my daughter wanted to swim. When she asked for pool towels, the woman at the desk was rude and handed her very small towels. The pool area itself was in awful shape — dirty water full of leaves, no chlorine running, and only a couple of jets in the hot tub worked. The concrete looked poorly patched and neglected.
Later that night we tried to pull out the sofa bed for my daughter, but it had no sheets, was ripped, and covered in stains. It was so bad she ended up sleeping in our bed. The in-room TV was tiny and outdated, especially for what we paid. We expected better quality for the higher price.
Breakfast offered more variety than some motels, but the food wasn’t good and didn’t make up for everything else. When we checked out and mentioned the issues to the manager, he didn’t seem to care at all — like he already knew and didn’t plan to fix it.
Overall, this hotel was a huge disappointment. Between the dirty pool, broken sofa bed, and poor management, it’s not worth the money. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to anyone until they make serious improvements.

The receptionist was grumpy, the coffee in the morning tasted burnt and terrible. We asked for fresh coffee and the attendent said it’s always like that and wouldn’t be any better.

Smoke detector went off at 2am so didnt like the extra scary alarm but other then that the stay was great.

Room was okay. The bed cover looked stained. We got an accessible room because my husband is in a wheelchair. The shower for him barely had running water so he could not shower. Also, the back entrance door that is supposed to be locked 24/7 didn't even close properly.

价格实惠/泳池很棒/超级干净
酒店真的很棒。泳池区很棒。热水浴缸也超级好。房间非常宽敞干净。如果你饿了，步行就能轻松到达所有地方。而且几乎听不到路灯的声音。空调也很好用。
早餐也很不错。我强烈推荐。一切都很棒，物超所值。
