Very disappointed- renovations (not stated until I arrived) meant: no food, no breakfast, no bar. Lovely hotel, and staff (friendly) have their hands tied, but I’d expect advanced warning if I had to organise my own breakfast, especially after arriving late after driving through a storm. A motel.

Check in a bit slow....thought they didn't have my reservation.
Room clean, but cold...heater did not work, hardly any amenities, 1 small tablet soap each and 1 small tube of shampoo/conditioner each, no shower gel.

太失望了！我选这家酒店是因为它有三星级，结果房间里有蜘蛛，而且他们三天都没打扫我的房间。房间里连个垃圾桶都没有，水龙头里也放不出热水。最后我只想说，大家还是去住那些物有所值的酒店吧。
度过了一个愉快的周末，员工都很好，非常热情，肯定很快会再来的。房间舒适宜人，他们也很乐意提供各种帮助。
前台工作人员非常友好热情，乐于助人；房间干净整洁，配备齐全，包括毛巾、热水壶以及茶/咖啡。
房间没有打扫，而且整晚都有外来人员在公共区域大声喧哗，造成滋扰和安全隐患。
