We stayed at Newburgh House Bed & Breakfast for a weekend, and it truly exceeded our expectations.
Andy and Ryan were excellent hosts and made us feel at home from the very first moment.
The room was spotless, comfortable, and had all the information we needed for our stay. The breakfast was rich and delicious honestly one of the best we’ve had at a bed & breakfast.
The area was very quiet and perfect for relaxation. It was an excellent choice and we would highly recommend it to everyone! We would definitely visit again.

Great accommodation and host. Close to great pubs. Bit dark at night when you park and have to walk to front door at night but otherwise definitely recommend

The best nights sleep. Room and bed were excellent!
Ryan greeted us and and was a lovely host.
Good choice at breakfast and all cooked to perfection. Easy parking. Shame we couldn’t have stayed longer.

This is a quaint property in a rural area. Very welcoming and friendly, with some nice touches (the best ever brownies in our room).
I know it’s an old property but some of the areas of it could do with updating ie stair and bathroom carpets. I also found the shower difficult to use.

A beautifully charming quiet property with equally charming owners. With a peaceful walled garden, off-street parking, complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea, and a DVD/ Book library to lounge in with a furry friend.
A short drive to York or York Park & Ride, and many Michelin pubs in the area.
I very much liked this place, and I will return.
