The room smelled like mildew. When we closed the door you could still see outside. My boyfriend had to put the chair against the door. There were 2 dead bugs in the bathroom on the floor.

Room smells awful the first night. After speaking with the room attendant she did a very good job with cleaning and freshening up everything. Thank you and I will be visiting again soon.

Alexis was amazing at check in! Friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable and the TV worked and we had hot water. However, the door lock was broken, furniture was missing. There was an open space where a couch or table and chairs should have been. The light fixture above the window was missing with just wires there. The toilet seat was loose. Unfortunately, we will not stay there again.

I don’t feel like they clean the rooms well enough, the lights didn’t work well in the water didn’t get hot in the room that I was in and I was changed to a different room. Still, there was the same issues.

The stay was horrible. Unable to get any sleep due to loud music from room next to me. The staff seemed to be inexperienced with handling the situation. Left before check out time so did not experience the breakfast.
