Great staff!!! The staff is comprised of friendly, approachable, hard working individuals who you instantly relate to and respect for their willingness to assist when needed. Unfortunately the property is older and could benefit greatly from a remodel.

This visit was horrible. We had 3 rooms for our workers and each room was filthy dirty and had roaches everwhere. The front desk was advised and did nothing. I would not recommend ANYONE staying here...

Light bulb was missing in one of the lights by the bed. In the shower the faucet to run hot and cold water was loose, as well as faucet in the bathroom sink. They should be tightened for the next guest. There was no breakfast but that did not matter since i don't eat breakfast

There were roaches in our room. There were bugs on the ceiling. The walls weren’t clean. You could tell where people killed bugs and didn’t clean it up. The drawers were broken. You can tell this hotel is very old. The outlets were pulled out of the socket and so were the sprinklers on the ceiling the staff were nice, but as far as overall experience, I would not stay here again

Katrina and Nyoka always made me feel welcome and heard when checking in and confirming my reservation extensions. No issues besides some other guest staying here but you can’t fault the company for who books a room. Everything was fine besides the bugs in the room. I found myself spraying down the room like a routine pest control work everyday if not twice a day only for the problem to get about 70% better. Being exposed to the pest prolonged gave my soupse rashes on his back and armszz

我们没有在这里过夜。办理入住并付款时,我心里是打鼓的,因为酒店外面看起来就很破旧。我们发现房间和家具都极其破旧——完全不像网上的照片。我预订它是冲着小厨房来的,结果厨房里空空如也,橱柜里连个杯子都没有。当时还没到下午6点,还在取消截止时间之前,所以我要求退款。我们去了别处。网上的照片根本无法反映这家破旧、维护不善的“酒店”的真实情况。

即使开着空调,房间仍然非常潮湿。淋浴坏了(已经修好了),门已经坏了一半,打开和关闭都非常困难。
床下垂,早餐什么也没有,只有包装好的松饼、水果吧和咖啡。
厨房完全是空的,没有餐具、平底锅等。抽油烟机甚至没有过滤器。
确实是我们住过的最差的酒店房间。
