The stay was amazing, the rooms were very clean. The service was quick and we didn't have to wait at all for anything. The food was also very nice and it had lots of variety. The breads were warm and soft, and the toiletries were re-stocked very well. Amazing stay, waiting for more stay to come.

This hotel has everything to offer except anything good. The arrogant and unhelpful staff are perfectly capable of ruining your vacation and wasting your money. If you end up staying in the hotel's under-construction block, surrounded by the noise of construction work, you'll understand how this hotel is completely capable of tarnishing the Ramada brand name.

Ramada is to give you a experience of a 4 star hotel and this hotel is one of them. Location is at the other end of the mall road, picture palace. Hotel is bit inside from the main mall road area, so to reach at the hotel, you need to contact at reception about your check in time, so they will send a person to welcome you at the mall road, because at the day time your 4 wheeler can not enter the hotel premises. And their vehicles take you to the hotel in a narrow lane like 2 mins from the mall road. Also for your luggage you need to take a local coolie from the mall road. They charge you 120 rs to take your luggage to the ramada hotel. The person from the hotel suggest us the Coolie so we handed over our luggage to them. We need to take 2 coolie so I had paid them total 240 rs. 120 each. I had book a 2 rooms with the balcony for 2 nights and that was the perfect decision I would say. We really enjoyed everything in this hotel. Staff was very helpful and ready to guide you whenever possible. Rooms were very spacious. Bathroom were spacious and clean. Hotel is spreaded on ground floor and first floor with no lifts. I had book a room with half board. Breakfast and dinner was like everything you want. Quite a large menu with veg and non veg options. Restaurant is very well designed with a great view. Hotel is having open space with lawn. So you can enjoy sitting there or play with your kids or friends. Live music was there at night at the restaurant. Indoor kids play area is at next building. But hotel staff will help you reach there and my toddler completely enjoyed at the indoor play area. It was a brilliant stay at Ramada By Wyndham Mussoorie. The memorable one. We spent 4 nights here. And what a stay. We enjoyed each and everyday. We explored so many sightseeing places here.food quality is good. Housekeeping is very nice. And front desk is great all the time.

The hospitality throughout our stay was exceptional - professional, polite, and genuinely caring. A special mention to Paridhi, Pradeep, Shurveer & Shubham for their attentive service and constant smiles.

We stayed here for 2 nights. We celebrated new year party here. Our all family members enjoyed a lot. Food is good. Rooms are neat and clean. We stayed in their new block rooms. Which is newly constructed. Will surely visit again. Apart from the stay the staff is super duper excellent

We had a wonderful stay at the Ramada Musoorie.The property has a great location, comfortable restaurant & lawn area.The staff is very attentive specially front desk team. They all took very good care of us during our stay and made it even more comfortable. Specially Ms Paridhi. Always helpful.We will surely stay with them again on our next visit. Thank you Team Ramada. Also Food was good. And Housekeeping is excellent at their work.
