Very Disturbing Stay – No Prior Intimation of Wedding Noise I am staying at Ramada Mussoorie with my 18-month-old baby, and the experience has been extremely stressful. There is a wedding event taking place at the property, and almost all common areas are occupied by wedding guests. The DJ music is being played at very high decibel levels, making it nearly impossible for my toddler to sleep or rest. What is most disappointing is: • We were not informed at the time of booking that a large wedding event would be taking place. • Despite raising concerns, the in-house staff did not take any effective action to reduce the sound levels. When travelling with a baby, a peaceful environment is not a luxury—it is a basic expectation. The lack of prior disclosure and the absence of corrective action show poor guest management. The location may be good, but guest comfort should not be compromised for private events. Families, especially those with infants, should reconsider booking during event-heavy periods unless clear assurances are provided.

The hotel is located at a beautiful spot and offers a stunning view of the mountains, which made the stay even more relaxing. The staff was courteous, helpful, and professional throughout my visit. We attend a family wedding at Ramada Mussoorie from 7th to 9th feb. It was completely amazing in every aspect. Hotel staff,service, hospitality was top notch. Will recommend to everyone for a stay at this property.

The stay was amazing, the rooms were very clean. The service was quick and we didn't have to wait at all for anything. The food was also very nice and it had lots of variety. The breads were warm and soft, and the toiletries were re-stocked very well. Amazing stay, waiting for more stay to come.
