Room and amenities the entire place was in horrible shape. I could have spent less money and gotten a nicer room at motel 6 I chose this hotel based on pictures we stayed at motel 6 on previous stays which throughout the country they’re just not that great but I opted for baymont this time thinking it would be much better I’d never been to one. I will probably never go to one again the owners/managers should be ashamed.

Very clean rooms, pool/hot tub area. Smelled clean as well. Breakfast was very good. Had the biscuits and gravy, sausage and egg. Very full, even close to end time! VERY friendly staff. Woman who checked me in was the absolute sweetest and had such a beautiful smile and laugh. Very personable. I’m local and will definitely stay again!

The rooms were meh & kind of slapped together and didn’t have the best appearance or maintenance. The drain for the tub was in 2 pieces and didn’t work together well.

Rooms were grossly dirty. At check in, we waited for 10 minutes while we could hear and see the couple in the room and couldn’t be bothered to check us in.

It was really good overall. The shampoo was empty so they gave us travel size ones to use. The pool and hot tub were great. The room was comfortable and clean.

This place was absolutely disgusting. Once we arrived, we were advised the elevators were broken and we had to drag our luggage up three flights upstairs only to find, blood on the comforters and the sheets. As soon as I lifted the pillow up, there was a bug that ran from underneath the pillow there were bugs on the walls. There was brown stuff on the walls that appeared to be feces, there’s what appeared to be black mold in on the walls. We went down to till the clerk, he said the rooms were just cleaned and we don’t have anything like that here and refused to refund our money. They charged my card twice. This place is a terrible hotel and I will be contacting the better business bureau. This place needs to be condemned.

It wasn’t the worst place I’ve ever stayed but it’s up there. I definitely paid too much for this place compared to other hotels that are much nicer.
Elevator was broke.
Breakfast was okay. Cereal was stale. The waffle maker saved the day. There was also, sausage, egg patties, bagels, toast and mini chocolate covered donuts.
Beds and linens looked dirty and not very comfortable. I had to ask for the shampoo bottle to be refilled because it was empty.
There is an ice maker that actually works and is free!
前台的男员工非常粗鲁。房间还没准备好，不得不赶紧帮我们打扫。电梯坏了，我们的房间在二楼。空调坏了，也没有热水。水温勉强能到温热。酒店真的需要翻新一下了！幸好我只在这家酒店住了一晚。就算免费，我也不会再住了。这次入住体验非常不愉快！
