We will never stay here again. Amenities in the room did not work, they got us a new room right away, but when we switched everything over our new room had hair all over the shower and couches had holes in them.
The pool had a sign on it that said “closed until further notice” front desk said “oh, no worries you can use it”. When we went out to investigate, the pool had rust on the bottom and it smelt like sewage.
To top it off in the middle of the night at 5:35 each morning our fire alarm in our room went off. Front desk said they weren’t sure why and couldn’t do anything about it.
Not impressed and very disappointed with overall amenities and service
