Beautiful resort, right on the beach. Rooms were very clean. No problem getting a lounger on the beach. Pool loungers- people usually put stuff on them early (very annoying). Onsite restaurant (Calabash) was very good. More food options (places to eat) would be good. Staff was nice and friendly. Smooth process with check in/out. We were on top floor. Great view but lots of stairs (no Elevator). Needs better entertainment. If you're looking for a party resort, this is NOT it.

Staff was friendly. Bellman left bags unattended. Property itself was gorgeous, and room was excellent with unexpected bonus of private mini-pool that was put to use.

This hotel is really lovely ... nice setting right on the beach ... lovely pool. Room was spotless clean.
I give this hotel 10 out of 10 only downside is there isn't much within walking distance ie restaurants/shops.
But a lovely spot to relax on the beach@

Nice area down to the beach. Helpful staff, spacious nice rooms.
Stay away from the restaurant. Go to Deia beach club next door for lunch and dinner.

Amazing beach. Easy to get deckchair and staff bring out unbrella for you. Restaurant nice though Pizza's could be better. Really nice atmosphere and doesn't feel crowded. Nice 5k run right along beach then along quiet road to Castaway's at end (great restaurant opposite). Would prefer complementary bottle of red/white instead of bubbly. Loved the cats, friendly birds and tree frogs.

前台工作人员尽力帮忙，但却无能为力，因为一切都必须经过“管理层”批准。餐厅的服务令人无法接受。饮料通常要等20分钟左右，而食物则要等50分钟到1小时40分钟不等。
所有东西都价格过高，糟糕的服务更让人难以接受。员工态度冷漠无礼，直到客人提出投诉，他们的态度才会突然转变。感觉客人在这里只是个麻烦，而不是优先事项。用塑料杯盛饮料更是加剧了这种低劣的服务标准。
这家酒店本来很有潜力，但服务和性价比都差强人意。绝不会再来。
我们分配到的房间没有清理前一位客人留下的房间。他们确实给我们安排了另一间房间，但我们没有拿到海景特大床房，而是拿到了两张泳池景观双人床房。另一间房间已经打扫干净。两间房间以及我们朋友的房间都显得陈旧。房间需要翻新一下。五星的价格，我只想给这家酒店两星评价。庭院和海滩都很棒。
真的很不错。低调。2025 年 1 月底去的。天气很好，稳定的 85 度。工作人员非常乐于助人，可以帮您叫车去任何您想去的地方。前台提供货币兑换服务。娜塔莎很棒，我们很喜欢她。岛上有点悠闲，我来自纽约，所以我总是匆匆忙忙。喝自来水，比那里的瓶装水好！超级热水淋浴！
唯一的缺点是晚上如果你在沙滩椅上闲逛，会有人随机向你走来。他们确实有 24 小时保安在四处走动。即使有这个问题也会给 5/5 分——你不能太傻。
离圣劳伦斯峡不远。距离卡莱尔湾约 40 分钟路程（旅行中一定要去这里）
