One thing. At 4am someone in a noisy vehicle pulled in and talked loudly for approximately an hour and then vehicle and person left.

The rooms were nice and clean, the staff is very kind and friendly, the GM Ken is very welcoming and helpful I would 10/10 recommend this hotel

Easy parking. Clean glass doors and reception area. I traveled all day and checked in after midnight. The two young ladies at check in were polite and efficient. They knew I was tired and hungry. They directed me to the microwave quick meal cart. That was the most delicious cup of noodles and cup of soup I have ever had. My room and halls were very clean. I will stay here again if in the area.

Inside Door was not secure. Outside door which should required using a room key was left unlocked

Parking nightmare
Checkin with a car was a nightmare parking garage and checkin not labeled for the hotel. Thry charge for parking and add a resort fee. And dont tell you to keep your room key to get out of the parking garage so we paid 2 times for one night parking. I willnot go back

住了 4 天，客房服务人员一直没来。第 3 天要求换干净床单，被告知只在周二和周五换。我们离开那天他们提供了干净床单。
