Beds were very uncomfortable, bathroom had mold and dirty floors, pool room was freezing, staff was unprofessional, breakfast was poor (waffle batter possibly rancid?). Would never stay here again!

The heating/cooling unit in our room was very loud. It was making groaning and clicking noises frequently and waking us up during the night. Also the cable channels on the tv were all coming acros very grainy and blurry.

Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately very disappointing. When we checked in, our keycards had not been activated, which caused problems getting into our room. Once inside, we discovered several cleanliness issues: there was hair in the shower, the bathroom foot rug was damp as if it had already been used, and the towels had black stains on them. There also appeared to be mold growing on the bathroom ceiling. Even the complimentary shampoo and body wash had clearly already been used, and there were fingerprints on the mirror. Although I would normally request a room change, it was late and we were exhausted, so we decided to stay.

However, restful sleep was impossible. At around 3 a.m., loud noise from the store next door—unloading pallets and operating a forklift—kept us awake for hours. The room was extremely noisy.

We chose this hotel specifically for the included breakfast, but that was disappointing as well. The waffles didn’t taste good, and even the syrup was poor quality. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations.

Despite the hotel being very basic. It was clean, the bed was comfortable and it was exactly what I needed.

What the hotel lacked in fancy details it more than made up for with it's friendly helpful staff. Shawn at the front desk was helpful and efficient and gracious. This is a little hotel, close to the highway with a big heart.

The room was clean, but the staff made it an enjoyable experience. Mike was very friendly. He was at check in at 11pm, and he was there for breakfast at 7:30am. Super nice man.
