Nice place to lay head for a night. Breakfast was just okay, but nice to be included. There was some gross stuff on one wall, a wet spot on carpet, no shampoo and toilet seat was wonky. But it was okay enough.

We booked in July and prepaid for 3 rooms for our family . The check in attendant wouldn't check in someone in our party without my DL # (what's the point of adding hotel guests names to a booking if you don't let them check in without the main guest?) Our daughter and her 2 children walked into their room to find someone sleeping in it. The hotel told us there were no other rooms , that the guest decided to stay another night and wanted to send my daughters family to another hotel. After I said say no and that this was unacceptable to separate our family the attendant made several calls and they miraculously found another room .So another guest who had a Reservation and not made it there yet was going to be told they had no room for them. Our room had the door knob missing off the bathroom door . Our bathroom had no soap to wash hands with . The good breakfast reviews were the reason we chose this hotel and it was nothing to rave about. The woman taking care of the breakfast area was propped up at the check in desk and was unhappy when I went there to ask if someone could refill the 2 empty milk carafe's . She seemed very annoyed anytime a guest asked for something. On a positive note the beds were comfortable. We are not hard to please people and I hate to write a poor review but this stay warrants it especially for booking and prepaying months in advance and being told we didn't have room, no one wants that after traveling for hours.
