酒店不新，毕竟有过百年的历史了。也没有电梯，总共3层。但前台很热情周到。在机场打通电话后，从如何过渡轮到帮忙叫出租车，安排得明明白白。出租车是酒店付费的，有点旧，司机是个唠叨人，一路的自言自语，但问到了还是认真回应。房间不大，但正对着邮轮码头，从窗口看出去风景很美。设施齐全，功能良好。楼梯、走廊上挂满老照片，多少营造出了些温馨感。

我独自一人住了四晚。

酒店就在大型游轮停靠的码头正对面。每天早晚从房间窗户望出去，看着游轮进出码头，真是惬意无比。

虽然设施有些老旧，但维护得很好，非常干净。

酒店只有一个入口，是前台正前方的一条狭窄通道，所以外人不允许进入。

员工都很友善、热情且专业。四天下来，你和他们就像朋友一样。

我喜欢这种小型家庭式酒店带来的私密感。

至于隔音方面，由于建筑年代久远，有些房间朝向特定方向是不可避免的，所以无法完全避免听到邻居的声音。

不过，晚上能听到隔壁酒吧的音乐。如果你介意的话，记得带耳塞……

This is a nearly 90 year old building so don't expect the Ritz. Rooms are small, sink is in the room rather than the bathroom, no AC. Coffee is in the lobby, but our room did have a decent sized refrigerator. Microwave in the hall next to ice chest. My main complaint is the WiFi did not work in our room, only in the hall.

The Gilmore Hotel is a historic hotel conveniently located in downtown Ketchikan. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The rooms, while dated, are clean and comfortable.
