It was a good stay. Not the best but it was decent for its price. You get what you pay for.

Okay for quick in and out. Bathroom needed more attention. Toilet was loose, needs to be tightened down. Floors were so-so. Wouldn’t walk around barefoot.

The first room we were given had not been made up from the previous guest, so we had to go back and ask for another room. In the second room, the bed seemed clean and comfy. However, we were not able to set the air conditioner below 72, and could not get the room to cool properly. The floors were very dirty, making our feet black. We could feel the grit on the floor, and we had to continually wipe our feet before getting into bed or putting our shoes on. We could not even set our luggage on the floor. There were bugs on the floor and spiders in the bathroom. We could not relax here, and won’t be staying at a Quality Inn again.

Don't be fooled by the Rating
The hotel has a high ranking so I decided to try it out. The 1st room had roaches. The 2nd room had mold on the outside of the nightstand. After that I wasn't given a 3rd option not that I wanted one .so I asked for a refund. Which he said 24 hours and I'm still waiting almost 3 days later

I had a room with King bed for 3 nights. It's good given its price. Had a specific odor when I got in. Not awful, but noticeable. Got used to it very fast though. Otherwise, the room was spacious. Bathroom was clean and good. Tissues were available. Bed was good and clean. There was a TV. There is a facility room that is basic but good. Did not use it though, just saw it. Breakfast is served everyday 7 to 9 AM and was good. Toast, cornflakes, waffles, other pastries, coffee and other drinks. All in all, I enjoyed my stay and people there were friendly.

Staff helpful, room very clean. I had to get a smoking room because of my mother and was very impressed with the cleanliness, no heavy smoke smell! Going for breakfast soon so can’t comment on that yet.

我拿到的第一个房间根本没打扫!床没整理,毛巾扔在地板上。前台那位女士竟然不知道客房服务员没打扫房间。他们给我换了另一个房间,结果隔壁的吸烟区吵死了!我有哮喘,所以要求退款。他们糟糕的服务根本没有道歉!
