Very disappointed with my stay. The bathroom sink was visibly dirty and clearly not cleaned before my arrival. If that’s how the sink is cleaned, I don’t even want to know how the rest of the room is getting cleaned.

This is a great place to stay, the staff are very friendly. Shout out to Karla and Cathy and Helga, who make sure you feel welcome and at home. The hotel has a nice indoor swimming pool and very nice Jacuzzi both, along with the entire hotel are very, very clean. Location has restaurants, grocery stores and convenient stores close by. I will stay here when I come to visit my family because the staff and hotel make the trip so enjoyable.

From check in to departure it was a great place. Nice and quiet, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good with plenty of options.

Very clean! Amazing Staff. I travel alone and felt very safe. Many folks staying are there for a long time, so it felt very comfortable, like family. I could see my vehicle from my room, but the people at the front desk are very aware of who is coming and going. There's a BBQ grill outside and a smoking area with a bench away from the building which is very nice and saves money on long stays. Breakfast says it starts at 600am but sometimes it's ready at 5 which is great if you have to be at work. For the price I felt like the amenities were great. They have full sized shampoo bottles and lotion, and anything else you need. I have zero complaints.

We stayed at the Comfort Inn and Suites in Artesia NM for 4 days .Our stay was really a fabulous experience: a great hot breakfast,clean and comfortable room,all of the staff were kind and helpful with all of our requests meet immediately.Did I mention the warm cookies in the lobby? I would like to make a special shout out to Amanda and Lucy who really made our stay special.

I've been to this location a few times and never had a problem, yet. Today, Amanda checked me in. She was such a delight. I've seen her before and every time she always shinned with happiness. She should train others she works with how to do that. Anyway, this place is a nice place to stay in Artesia, NM. Keep up the good work.

Amanda checked us in at about 9:45 or 10pm at night. She was very professional, informative, and kind. We needed a rollaway bed, and she brought us one, with clean linens with no problem. She was very nice to our girls. Vanessa, the cook, the next morning did a great job as well. Breakfast was delicious, hot, and fully stocked!

I enjoyed my stay my room was clean. The staff was friendly and polite. Very comfortable bed.I always stay here when I’m in town. General manager Nicole was always helpful she let me know if I needed anything don’t hesitate to come see her. :) .

Our room was spacious, clean & comfortable. All of the staff we encountered on our stay were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a bummer. The eggs were runny and there was no hard boiled eggs or yogurt but the waffles were good. A special shout out to Amanda. On our 3rd Night we had extremely loud teenagers move into the room next door. The noise was unbearable. At 10:44 pm I called down to Amanda at the front desk, she paid them a visit and the noise stopped. Thank you Amanda for handling it so quickly!!
