Location is the reason to stay. Hotel elevators are extremely slow. Furniture in room is not the most comfortable and room shows age. The hallway carpets need to be changed on the 6 floor

We called ahead to ask if they had cribs for our two daughters. They said they did, and had them in the room ready for us. Problem was, they weren’t cribs. They were travel pack n plays, which if you have kids you know are two VERY different things. We truly would have booked somewhere else that had cribs available if we knew.
In addition, there were some ants in the room and some small stains on the sheets. Cleanliness wasn’t terrible but it didn’t feel as clean as it should.
The staff was really nice and attentive, and the breakfast was solid. It’s really convenient to the short pump mall.
Definitely wouldn’t recommend it, though. We expected a bit more from a Hyatt.

Hotel is excellent the issue was finding the hotel directions are lacking and the young man I could could k ly tell to to ask the GPR he could not identify anything around the hotel. Good part I found the other Hyatt and the gentleman at that hotel gave me perfect directions.

The the whole experience was what i wanted for my anniversary. The room description was exactly what was expected. The shopping, the staff and convenience was exactly what we needed. Awesome experience.
