Bad experience
I tried checking in at 430. I told front desk i have a 6pm meeting. Room not ready was told to sit outside because of paint fumes. At that time i was the only guest there. I watch two couples check in before me. It was after 5 and I did not get king size bed because none was ready. I am 6'5 and I was placed in a room with a double, thats not what i paid for. I was late for my meeting. I was suppose to be there until Sunday. I checked out Saturday morning at 10:00am because of my frustration. I was not asked why was checking out early. Was not asked how was my stay. This was just a horrible experience. I was not reimbursed for the night I did not stay. I Would like a refund as that room was available for rental on Sunday.

The place is excellent clean and quiet. Only one problem is the AC. You can control it and room was so cold.

Woke up to a slew of ants in the bathroom. Informed the Front Desk Clerk, who stated another guest called with the same issue. Switched to another room, no ants visible. Informed the manager would probably comp parking but I never heard from the manager nor was there any type of compensation. Milk tasted spoiled and the oranges were too soft and should have been thrown out.

The front door never closed which never allowed for the building to be fully secure. Only one of the elevators worked out of the two, causing for a long elevator wait every time. The first room we checked into had ants crawling everywhere so we had to change rooms. The second night there was no hot water for us to take a bath/shower which was extremely frustrating. We asked for housekeeping twice and we never received it and ended up going to the front desk for extra towels and washcloths. There was also no extra linen besides a thin blanket for the pull out couch.

I expect better from Hyatt.
The hotel staff were all professional and friendly and the room was clean. The hotel requires a $9.00 per day parking fee and the breakfast was less than adequate.
