Pull out bed dirty, mold on mattress.
Water took 30 minutes to warm up. Got cold showers before Richmond Marathon.

Bathroom in our room smelled of urine. Asked the breakfast worker a question and she waved me off and walked away. Otherwise clean hotel. Also a worker had parked her car in front of the hotel-effectively taking up space for people checking in- instead of in the parking lot. It was there from when we checked in at 430 until we returned after 1030.

Very clean and modern. I didn’t have to pay for parking like some reviews said you have to.
Staff was very nice. Only Compton that housekeep was playing music loudly as they cleaned and I must have had to listen for an hour. It was 9:30 - 10:30am approx so I didn’t want to complain . If only it were music I liked, maybe I’d have more patience. I would have complained if I had been staying longer.
