This property is being remodeled and should not be open for business. Drywall dust was EVERYWHERE, the breakfast stand was covered. We did not eat, zero chance of that. The rooms that we stayed in had not been remodeled and should never be rented. It was so bad we wouldn't use their shower. This was the 2nd worst hotel experience I've ever had. No bugs in the bed kept it from that #1 spot. Wyndham should be ashamed to have there name associated with this property.

The employees were nice and helpful at front desk. However cleaning staff never made bed or changed sheets during my 6 night stay.The rooms have been updated but the carpets in the hallways are worn and dirty.The orice was good compared to other hotels in the area which I appreciated.

Thoughtful host
The morning Hotel staff was super friendly & helpful as we were staying there for an early morning surgery in Cincinnati. He wanted to be sure I had a coffee & fruit even though the breakfast area was not opened yet. He made my morning by being so thoughtful.

Ok for a night
Room smelled . The TV didn’t even work. It was ok for a night that we stayed. At first the key wouldn’t work and when I went and told the clerk he asked like I was stupid. Funny cause guy on the elevator said his had done the same thing. But overall just stayed a night so didn’t really mind.

This property was not very well taken care. Service at the desk was disrespectful and not very good hospitality. The rooms were all extremely dirty and looked and smelled as though that had not been cleaned before we checked in. Front desk employee was ver disrespectful.

A pretty average hotel, everything was as expected. It's the closest place to Riverbend Music Center so we stay here when attending concerts there.

AC unit was terribly loud. When turned off, the room got hot and stuffy very quickly.

It was a decent enough place for a one night stay. Clean, which is important. But all of the vending machines were completely empty and I was thirsty. Also, there was never anyone readily available at the front desk, and the receptionist who arrived was less than friendly, although not rude. Also the toaster didn't work well and the orange juice tasted terrible. Wouldn't want to make it an extended stay

The front desk clerk was quite rude. He commented about my Drivers License picture not looking like my face. Saying the person in the ID pic was a lot younger than myself. He commented on why I was using a specific type of card, stating that he doesn’t usually see those cards being used there. The room smelled strongly of mildew. The curtains were torn and stained. The bathroom was dirty. When we asked for an extra pillow, he told us that they don’t do that. When my husband asked for a paper coffee cup at 5:00am, he was told that breakfast doesn’t start until 7:00 am. And they will put more cups out at that time. Even though there was fresh coffee available, just no more cups in the lobby area, and was advertised in the hotel details on both ******* as well as their own website. The pool had an out of order sign on the door, “closed for painting”, even though their website and ******* stated the pool would be open by July 19th. We checked in on July 25th.
