We stayed here one night during a long road trip.
The staff was great -- friendly and helpful.
The room was fine. The AC didn't fully work, but it worked enough. The bed was squeaky, but very comfortable. This hotel is literally next to a highway, but the noise didn't bother me.
The bathroom was clean and well-stocked.
We got upgraded when we checked in, which was a nice surprise. So we ended up in a room with a kitchenette! We got takeout and ate it off real plates. I filled and ran the dishwasher (!) before we checked out. There was a full size fridge and microwave, too. Lovely!
I would stay here again.

早餐非常棒。位置也很好。
优点不少，但暖气坏了，所以有点冷，温度一直升不上去。
因为要从san atonio开到New Orleans,中途需停靠， 于是我选择了beaumont,这里位置很方便，邻近高速公路，住了一个晚上挺好了
电视糟透了
房间很干净。停车位也不错。甚至还有地方停我的拖车。
电视无法控制。
你得把每个频道都点一遍，一共80个频道，才能找到你想要的。我问了前台，她确认了。
电视有菜单，但遥控器没有和电视配对。所有房间都一样。

我走进房间，空气潮湿，闻起来有股霉味。房间乍一看很干净，但当我四处走动寻找漏水的痕迹时，才发现地板因为最近打扫过，仍然湿漉漉的。我环顾四周，发现柜台和地板上有面包屑和垃圾，床边边桌下面的踢脚板上长满了霉菌，床单上有一个脏兮兮的脚印，床单上到处都是灰尘或碎屑。
我立刻预订了另一家酒店，然后离开了。
需要尽快进行重大整改
抵达后，我发现浴室天花板上长满了霉菌，覆盖了一半，而且房间很热。空调看起来快要坏了。第二天，我去前台反映情况（之前没有客房服务，也没有换毛巾）。前台给我安排了一间隔了几扇门的新房间。房间里弥漫着香烟味，冰箱里还有剩余的啤酒。天花板上有虫子，床上有死虫。房间也很热。为了上学，我不得不在剩下的时间里尽量住得舒服些。一天晚上，火警突然响了，第二天早上又响了，没有任何原因。在我入住的剩余4天内，我的房间被打扫了1次，只送了一次毛巾。除此之外，我不得不一直询问。垃圾堆在走廊里。这让人感到不舒服，很不舒服。我不会推荐任何人住在这里。我根本睡不好。
乍一看，这地方似乎很干净。谢天谢地，床上用品也还好。然而，地板状况很糟糕，走上去脚都黑了。我觉得它从来没人打扫过。除此之外，其他方面都还不错。
我们离开了这家酒店，因为我们的房间太脏太恶心了。别住在这里了，我们去了路边的阿维德酒店，那里很干净，早餐也很热！
工作人员非常友好！这家酒店符合同级别酒店的预期，性价比也远超竞争对手。
