Parking convenient, desk staff was pleasant and helpful, the room was spotless without a nasty odor that many motels have. The heat worked well in the room, and felt safe from the time arrived until the time I left.

The room has been updated beautifully, the breakfast area was very clean with a great selection, Antonio who checked us in was really helpful and friendly. The only down si the bathrooms need an update, which I believe they are in the process of. The price was excellant and so was the location.

We stayed at this property 2 different nights. Our room wasn’t ready either time. We had to wait for housekeeping to do a room for us. We weren’t offered a coffee or anything during our wait.
Our second stay was awful! The key system wasn’t working so front desk had to open our room every time we needed access. The tv didn’t work. The front desk staff tried to fix it. One channel would work but that’s it. We weren’t offered another tv or another room!
The bed on our second stay was very uncomfortable.
We stayed in many red roof hotels during our 12 day trip. Never again!

The room card key system was not working. Additionally, the room sink was clogged with an unknown item; TV was not working properly. As such, we declined staying under these unacceptable conditions. The front desk manager did try his best to rectify the many issues.
