Place was filthy no towels in room Bathroom floor mud trails all over the place and the bed was stained I ended up leaving and going to another hotel Also the manager when I told him he said not his problem I said should be clean room and towels You didn’t ask for any Not one towel in the bathroom disgusted

The first room that we were provided had a huge gaping hole in the bottom of the door. Huge lizards and bugs were in the room. We switched the second day because they were fully booked on the first day and we had nowhere else to go. They also had zero towels and washcloths in the first room, which makes me think it wasn't even cleaned. Then the second room had one towel, but that was it for our 3 day stay. They also say they have a pool, but it's black and hasn't been cleaned in 5 years I bet. They also have a checkout at 10 AM. I've never seen that at any hotel, so I didn't even think about it when we were leaving at 11. That's so weird.

Avoid This Place – Dishonest and Rude Staff
I had a terrible experience with this hotel and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I booked my stay through ******* and paid in full in advance. When I arrived, the front desk was closed (around 4 PM!) and I had to call a number posted outside to check in. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude from the start and claimed there was no reservation under my name. I told her I booked through *******, but she dismissed me and said the price I paid online ($40–$45) wasn’t their rate, and tried to charge me again by saying she is going to come to check me in but you gonna owe me money. While ******* already charged my card for $73.65.
To make matters worse, when I reported this to *******, the hotel lied and said they were just asking for a deposit. That is absolutely false — they never mentioned a deposit, just flat out said I’m going to have to pay an additional amount to stay and I just hang up on her while on property.
******* refused to refund me, so I ended up paying for a reservation I couldn’t use. Totally unprofessional and dishonest behavior from the hotel and very disappointing support from *******.
Stay away from this place. Not worth the stress or the money.
******* are you scamming your customers now? What about the price you see for your stay is what you pay?

The room was for my son it’s ok but the check-in process was not good No one was there and when the lady did arrive she made me nervous stating she has no more rooms and been booked for a couple of months. Stated 3rd party need to update.. I gave her my confirmation and since I already paid and it was at there rate she gave me a room. Stated 3rd party under sale there rooms and I am still waiting for $50 room to be returned to me
