The elevator had missing parts to the floor, so it’s very dangerous to walk on and off of it. I was gonna feel like my kids were gonna fall. Also, there was holes in the tiles on the way to the elevator. Staff was great. Breakfast was a little bit on the burnt side and dry housekeeping came by did their job wonderful job and they gave us fresh pressed towels

Highly disappointed! Property has seen better days. Breakfast was not like all other Hyatt Places I've stayed at, options were minimal and very small, chaotic breakfast room and counter...
Room furniture and shower very out dated and beat up, for the over $200 night fee. Will not recommend this property.

The rooms were okay.However, the bathroom had no slip bathmat or the bathtub.So anyone could slip and fall. The blankets had holes in them, and there were stains on the curtains.Also the sink was cracked. The elevators floor tile came up and anybody could have tripped and fallen. The girls upfront at the desk were not that friendly. The shower curtain was too short and the water went on the floor. I do not recommend this hotel.

The 1st room the window or AC was leaking, floor was soaking wet. When we got from the day, the smell was horrible. The beds are very old not comfortable. We moved to another room, it was missing the remote.

This property is not in keeping with any 4 or 5 star rating. The rooms are old and the decor is very dated and smelled very stale and musty. We stayed for 5 nights and never had maid service. Our garbage’s were overflowing and our wet towels were piled in a corner. We had to take down our used towels and request towels on 2 separate occasions. The drain in the shower was slow to empty and the toilet ran constantly. We moved rooms once at our request and were acommodated. No one from management folllowed up in relation to our concerns.
It was often difficult to interact with the front desk as they were frequently on their cell phone. The staff was friendly but just didn’t seem to care.
Breakfast was decent with lots of options.
I would not recommend this hotel.
We booked as we wanted to be close to AT &T stadium…it is a considerable driving distance.
