The Hotel was pretty well kept, the area around was fairly clean. Easy freeway access. The room that was assigned was clean. The ac in the room did not work very well. The staff was friendly.

Check in was so easy. Room was clean didn’t notice the sink was not draining until the next morning.

The staff and services were great, there was always someone available. And everyone was friendly. The weekend was busy and a lot of us wanted to swim but unfortunately the pool was “being cleaned”, the staff said it would open at 10am Saturday morning. But no one was able to swim, because the pool, stayed closed the entire weekend, up until Monday, the day we left, it was still locked.
The breakfast could get a little better also.

The staff was generally friendly and the hotel lobby was well kept. There was also a great restaurant next door called Mixed Up Burger that was to die for. Our issues were the breakfast was pretty terrible, the TV kept going in and out, there was no list of channels, so finding something to watch was difficult, and our in room phone did not work at all, so calling down to the front desk was not possible. The room was pretty good, except there were no extra blankets for the pull out sofa bed and there were some pretty large stains on the carpet.

The room flooded and they wouldn’t move us to a different room. Said they would comp 2 of our nights. Haven’t seen that yet.

The property was clean and quiet. The rooms had everything you needed if you forgot body wash or shampoo… very roomy sitting areas .

The hotel looked clean and nice. We stayed one night and left the next morning. After we got home we found we were covered in bug bites on our legs and arms. This hotel has bed bugs not a couple. It had to be several. Atleast 20 bites on each of us. We also found a bedbug in our luggage.
