Had breakfast. Eddie was a great server and the food prepared by Freddy was amazing!!!! It came out hot and the way that i asked for it to be prepared. The place is very clean and the staff is excellent and very friendly. Would definitely recommend this place......

The room itself was clean, although I didn’t get any towels replaced on day two of the three day trip. Friendly staff. The primary reason for my score is that they charge you a green tax that is absolutely not part of the city tax structure. Nobody could explain it to me at the front desk and no other hotels in the area charge this fee. It ended up costing me an additional $10 for the stay. Green tax for what exactly? There was nothing that promoted environmental responsibility aside from a recycling bucket.

The place isn’t exactly a dump, but that is sort of in spite of itself. We reserved two rooms. I picked the Sheraton 4 Points because it was close to downtown, and it was short notice enough that we couldn’t get any of the good hotels -which priced about the same. When we checked into this Non-Smoking hotel, one of the rooms absolutely reeked of smoke. To the point that it was uncomfortable to be in the room for long periods of time. “Sorry, there are no other rooms available.” One of the things I looked for was a hotel that listed breakfast as included. The Sheraton Four Points listed breakfast included. It did not list a “continental breakfast”. Well, it wasn’t breakfast. It wasn’t even a continental breakfast. It was unrepentantly bad joke. Bottom line, avoid the Sheraton 4 Points. It’s a bad hotel and the staff is very comfortable with that.

I checked in late Friday night. Most of the lights were out in the lobby, except for at the front desk. Hotel staff was talking to friends in the lobby on the sofa. No greeting, no acknowledgement of my status...just ID and CC. I asked about some restaurants that may be open and was pointed in the right direction. The room was nice, the bed was nice, the amenities were nice...so the quality if the room was the best thing, certainly. I went down for breakfast the next day and it was a sparse continental breakfast. I saw a guy on a laptop on the opposite side of the restaurant, so I figured that was a good place to sit. Nobody greeted me. I couldn't find a bowl for the oatmeal, so I wen to the front desk agent, again seated on the couch, and asked for help. She went over to the guy sitting, who was the person and sked hm for help. Nobody could be bothered, it seems. It was extremely unprofessional and NOT up to any level of a Marriot standard. I came back later in the day, my room was refreshed, but again, the lights were all but off and again, staff on the couch with friends. The next day, same deal with breakfast, no greeting, but I knew the drill. I returned later that evening and my room wasn't cleaned...what??? It was then I decided to leave a review. I asked about the restaurant, if could order some food, they said no, it's closed. The bar was lightly sticked, but no service was available. Really weird vide in the place. It felt a little unsettling. Another guy checked in at night and commented on the lack of lighting...so it wasn't just me. There was super LOW occupancy in the hotel, maybe 10 guest rooms taken. I checked out and got the unannounced GREEN FEE of $5 per day. I booked and paid at Marriott.com and this wasn't in the reservation...so somewhat of a scam. I would never return.

So many hidden fees!! I called and booked a room that came out to be $105 with a pet. When i checked in, it was 141$ after fees PLUS a $50 pet fee that was NOT DISCLOSED when i called and booked! On top of that, the bathrooms were poorly cleaned and there was mold in the shower. Will not be back.

I would not stay at this location again, When I arrived I stood at the front desk for about 7 to 10 mins waiting for someone, they did have a sign saying they would be right back. The front entrance is in line with the backdoor as I was waiting 3 employees came rolling in, I joked with them and said cigarette break and they laughed and said yes, no big deal but do all 3 need to go smoke at the same time and leave the whole lobby empty while knowing people would be checking that time of day. We had a 3-night stay Thursday-Sunday. This is a good location in a borderline area hence the fence around the property. The room was nice and comfortable but the service at the front desk was very poor. It is not a big deal to me and they always ask on the Marriott Bonvoy surveys if they acknowledge your frequent user membership, which they didn't. There was a young man with black hair slender who was at the counter two days during our stay and a younger girl also on one occasion, I promise you they did not look up not even once they had their heads down looking at their phones the whole time and I am talking with probably 15 people in the small lobby people coming and going, we were waiting for my niece to pick us up. After arriving home I checked my emails and the bill from the stay and this is the main reason I wouldn't stay they had put a Green Tax of $4.99 a day along with other fees of $ 22.97 a day total in taxes and fees. I was never once advised about a Green Tax and it is not in the Omaha Tax code as far as I could see. This is criminal or should be. STAY AWAY.
