Good hotel!
Staff is absolutely amazing! Friendly smiles and willing to make you feel very comfortable from the begining.. My husband has a bit of difficulty walking and holding things with his hands as he trembles lots. He tried to get us some coffee and was not able to make it to the room but this front desk lady saw him struggling to open our door and she didnt hesitate to help him! Little things like this makes a huge difference!
Room was clean and the beds were very comfortable- our reservation was for a King size bed but got two queens instead which we didnt mind at all and they ended up working for us.
Wish the pool was open a bit later than 8 PM.
Overall, a good experience!

Beds we clean and very comfortable. Very nice shower, full soaps, shampoos & conditioner. Clean towels. Air worked great! Breakfast was simple but plenty options!

很棒的酒店，主要是新，非常新，所以一切看起来都很好，酒店的前台态度也很好，整体入驻觉得性价比很高。位置在downtown旁边一点，因为定了旁边的一个意大利餐厅所以才住这里的，意外觉得非常棒。出门左边往河边，右边往海边，都很快！
我住了两晚。第一晚醒来发现睡衣上全是狗毛。他们重新打扫了房间，并说会退还我50美元到信用卡上。那是2025年6月28日的事了。但我至今仍未收到退款，收据还在我这。
Tru Hotel 是个很棒的住宿地点！电梯很干净，房间和床都很舒服。唯一的问题是早餐种类不多。如果能加上煎蛋卷就更完美了！
我遇到的每一位员工都热情友好，乐于助人。酒店装潢清新活泼，泳池区也很漂亮。Tru酒店与另一家希尔顿旗下酒店相连，后者拥有一家不错的餐厅和酒吧。调酒师Michelle服务周到，调制的鸡尾酒也十分美味。酒店内设有健身房和洗衣设施，还提供棋牌游戏、台球桌和Wi-Fi高尔夫游戏。我们一定会再次入住！
我喜欢整个房间、装饰，尤其是泳池。它很漂亮，彩色灯光让它看起来与众不同。可惜他们这么早就关门了。前台工作人员非常友好。我到达时迎接我的人也非常友善。
但是清洁人员需要更友好一些，所以我没有要求客房服务。
这家酒店非常适合我儿子参加足球锦标赛。孩子们有很多活动可以参加，大人也能轻松地观看比赛和放松身心。
入住手续简便，工作人员友善热情，对短暂假期最后一晚的餐饮选择也了如指掌。
