Staff was super friendly and helpful.felt like d friends when I realized I had left all my makeup home. They gave directions to 2-“mart, palmetto place where I have.a meeting tomorrow, and suggestions on where to eat.
The room was attractive and clean. I do have two suggestions a safety rail in the shower because it is slippery and repair the desk chair. It doesn’t sit flat on all the legs. The room was peaceful, attractive, well situated , and clean .

It was cold so we didnt use the AC.We were afraid to eat the breakfast because the room was so infested with bugs.We paid and had resevations for 2 nights.We had to leave for a few hours and got back to the motel/checked out at 946am.Instead of taking a night off the bill,we realized on our way back to florida that they had charged for a 3rtd night.We only stayed one night and told the woman at the desk why we were leaving.The paperwork she gave says that we checked out at 246pm when we checked out at 946am.This place needs to be shut down.Atleast they could fumigate these rooms.I wonder how many other people experienced the same.

The night clerks did not have my pre-paid room reservation, even though I had called the location during the day to confirm. It took a few minutes for them to figure that out, even though I gave them my ID and trip itinerary number. I assume the area is not very safe, as they did not offer to let me into the office to work it out. I had to speak to them through thick glass. Once they gave me a room, the unit door would not lock with the deadbolt. The toilet wobbled pretty alarmingly. The floor was dirty in the corners.The bed was clean and reasonably comfortable.

First off I requested a first floor King smoking room. Wasnt provided the smoking room. The young lady at the check in desk was anything but pleasant. The room had dust and dirt all over the floor. Definitely expected better

One of the better hotels I stayed at in Florence. A desk and chair in the room would be nice.

The ac unit in my room didn’t work and it was freezing cold outside i couldn’t turn on the heat, roaches all in the bathroom
