The side door to the first floor has NO LOCK on it. The door looks like you have to use a room key BUT YOU DON’T. You can walk right in WITHOUT a KEY. Not very secure. Also the parking lot has pot holes in it. Not very becoming for place of business.

Check-in was not friendly. He was actually looked bothered that he had to check us in and never really spoke to me the whole time our room had mold in the corners of the bathroom, the toilet ran all night, and there was no hairdryer the breakfast in the morning had no coffee

When I arrived, the clerk placed me in a dirty, not cleaned room. He apologized and sent me to room next. It was ready. The cleanliness of the bathroom was definitely underrated. The tub had a ring and hairs. No way would anyone want to soak in that thing!!!

I attempted to purchase from beverage vending machine but did not get Coke. It fell to bottom of machine. When I approached the desk and explained, he said he couldn't give me refund or retrieve the Coke. He didn't have keys. OK!

Next morning, there was no OJ or coffee ready.

Day 2 morning, same. Poor management.

I was really p*****. I probably never stay there again.

After staying there multiple times with intentions to stay there many more times due to traveling in frequently for racing events, we experienced one of the worst stays at a hotel ever. We typically use the washer and dryer to wash our clothes between racing days and this time was no different except the dryer malfunctioned and it used our money but would not start. We reported this to the front office staff and her exact words were “I don’t know anything about those machines and I can’t give you money out of the drawer. My manager has been up here twice and probably won’t come up here again.” I went and found more quarters in hopes it would work because all of our clothes were wet and our son needed his racing gear the next day. This took several minutes and the lady seemed as though she wasn’t going to be of any help. We did get the dryer to go the second time and it wasn’t until after we did that the lady said she could “try to insert money to see if it works”. We informed her we got it to work but asked could we just get the money that we lost. She said she was told not to give us the money from her manager and refused to give us the money despite the fact she was about to try it in the dryer. She was completely unprofessional and while it’s only a small amount it’s the principal of the situation. No professionalism. The washer and dryer did not have signs stating they were operated by someone else and there wasn’t a number to call. We will not be going back.

The hot tub was the best experience!

The room was clean, but smaller than the pictures indicated. I really enjoyed the hot tub that was in my room. The staff was not very friendly. There was no greeting, and no details about breakfast times or anything else were provided at check-in. The breakfast set up was not appealing and my husband suspected that it was set up late night instead of fresh.

Very good for price

It was great. I was worried about the jetted tub being super clean but it didnt appear dirty but you always wonder. Everything else was very clean. Only issue when we were trying to check out no one was to be found and we had to wait a while, and if you're out late, good luck getting parking on a busy night. But otherwise it was great. The bed was very comfortable. For the price can't beat it. Looks rough outside but in the rooms very nice. 3 food places just across the road, too.

Cigarette Burns

It was a great stay. I slept the best I have in months. The curtains had cigarette burns in them. We were under tornado watch my first night. A guest asked at the front desk about what to do and the guy at the front desk couldn’t answer.
