Nice accommodations overall. Our units temperature control was off. It went from blazing hot to freezing cold. We didn’t get much sleep bc of it. There were burnt out light bulbs and lamps with no lightbulbs. TV had very dim light too and it seems like it’s on its way out. There are NO food deliveries and it’s a .7 mile walk to the lodge. Dining out options are best at the base of the ski slopes or in Breckenridge. Everything takes a drive or a walk which is fine if you plan on cooking in. Food options near the lodge are minimal and while it used to be a thriving area, it is almost ghost town. Businesses seem to ha hard time staying open.

Fined for smoking in clearly defined smoking area with ash tray. No warning, just fined. All signage and warnings were followed. Set proper expectations if smoking area is not area with ashtrays. Absurd. After a snow, a ticket was placed on windshield of car with another fee stating pass was not visible...because it snowed.. it was on the dash. Hot tubs had gross scum all the way around. Contacted management... they blamed HOA... non empathetic... and blocked my number with no resolution. They don't care... it's like oh well nothing we can do. This ruined my Colorado stay. Avoid this location at all costs. Its like a housing community that really hates the fact that there are guests. Dont stay here unless you want to be fined/harassed the whole stay.
