Hotel was clean, very pricey for what it is. Water pipes made lound noises, pool area was crazy busy. Alot of alcohol being drank. Breakfast was not so great. All processed food.

Hotel was overall great. Staff was wonderful and very friendly. Did not try the breakfast as it didnt seem to have what i was craving at the time. Not a big deal to me. Room was great, my only complaint was the bed and pillows. Could not get comfortable at all. Mattress very very stiff and pillows were small and no support.

Star was fine other than i needed a computer with a printer and the one in my building was broken then went to the other building and that one was not working well either I never did get what i needed Definitely need to update the business center or remove it from the amenities

There's a very bright outdoor pole light that shines
directly on the bed. I closed the blinds, but that didn't do any good. This made it very difficult to sleep. There should be better lighting in the bathroom instead of that one connected to the mirror. Ice machine was always empty when I needed it.

There are two separate blinds in our rooms, the blue blind would be a room darkening blind and the white just a shade. We will check into the ice machine to be sure it is in working condition as we have never ran out of ice in past situations. We are currently working on adding additional lighting into the bathrooms during our renovations and hope this will make any future stays more comfortable.

This is an older hotel. We had to remove about a dozen lady bugs from the room. The bed was "short-sheeted" so we couldn't pull the beading above our chests. The food served in the morning was rough. Showers were okay, but the bed was very hard.

First hotel in this area that is quiet & clean. Not a thing to complain about. Staff very helpful & friendly Mykayla was very helpful checking in too. I am in this area to see family. I will be staying here again!

We were pleased to be able to check in a bit early. Good breakfast, pool, and hot tub. Comfortable bed. It would have been nice if the light over the sink was brighter, but it was a good stay overall.
