My stay at this hotel was, well, flawless. It was very quiet, the room was clean and very well-kept, the breakfast was right on time, coffee made throughout night, parking very good.

Clean but smells funny
Musty smell. Clean bathroom and bed though. They tried putting us in a room that smelled like smoke and gaslighted us that there were no other rooms until I stood my ground.

Upon entering the room it smelt like mildew from standing water or previously the carpet had been wet and it was not cleaned on top of that we had to go to Walmart to get roach spray because the room had roaches in it shaking my damn head this was the second time we have been at this hotel and we've never had a problem before

Room smelled humid like it hadn’t been opened in a while. We had one of the first rooms to the lobby. The attendant tried telling me we had no reservation and since we didn’t check in at 3 pm we forfeited our reservation. After arguing he magically found our reservation.
