We had a very unpleasant and disappointing experience at this hotel. At check-out I wanted to speak with the receptionist to complain about the condition of our room. Even though it was clear that someone was in the office behind the desk and could hear us, they completely ignored us. We called out three times and rang the bell at the front desk three times, but no one came out to see what we needed. In the end, we were forced to leave without being able to address our concerns.
The room itself was in terrible condition. Although it was supposed to be smoke-free, it smelled strongly of *****, which made it very uncomfortable. The bathroom was extremely dirty — the bathtub was full of hair, the sink and toilet were not clean at all, and it was obvious that the room had not been properly cleaned before our arrival.
Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had, and it left us with a very negative impression.

Staff were friendly, everything else was not great. Hotel was rundown, bathroom was dirty, room had unpleasant smell, floor was dirty, swimming pool was closed.
The towels and bedding were clean.
I would not stay again.

The rooms were dirty. Mold in the room. Refused to refund the one night stay even though I told them we can’t stay here with a baby

Good with the bad
The people there were so nice but the room wasn’t very clean. Mostly the bathroom. The beds were fine. We cleaned the bathroom ourselves no big deal. The pool was being cleaned and we could not use it at all. We were there three days no pool use.
But like I said they were very kind and when we needed anything it was brought to us with a smile

Room smelt like someone smoked in it. Room looked trasy door had been kicked in at some time. Shower handles falling apart. Shower curtain rod barely on wall

Check-in slow and first room assigned was not ready. Second room had good bed, etc., but bathroom had no fan and was like a sauna. No water in pool.

Dirty towels, dirty floor, dirty bathroom, Tv didn’t work, moldy, musty and just poorly maintained. The lobby looked great and clean but everything else would be a $50 room at best.

Safety concerns , a guy in a chevy ranting about the cops coming to get every one . Poor chevy truck guy. watched the room guest next to me open the door 5 inches and slam it repeatedly and then come out like nothing happened. That explained what i heard the whole time i was their . Breakfeast was good
