This motel in Branson Missouri is actually a pretty good secret. I think they are remodeling a different building and looking nice. The price at $61 ( tax included) is great deal. It’s pretty much right on the *****, many places to walk too. Small hills may be around depends which way you walk. It’s right behind/side to the Land of the Ozarks hotel. If you cut thru the parking lot you have the Hugh’s brothers shows you can walk to and the grand Shanghai . I would definitely stay here for the price to save money. The bed is nice and soft. Tub/ shower.

The bathroom faucets were falling apart. The carpet was coming up, so you tripped on it. Washcloth the sink was not clean and there was still a dirty washcloth in the shower curtain. Mold on the shower curtain. When you walked in the back door, it smelled like a cigarette smoke and the stairs Were dirty and needed vacuuming. If you don’t read it and the beds were clean and comfortable needed better pillows TV worked well liked having the fridge and microwave very convenient.

This property is definitely outdated! It needs major renovation and upgrades. There were 4 plugins in the room and 2 of them were behind the bed. It’s right beside the interstate so there’s highway noise. You can hear the guests in the next room talking. We had to turn the tv on manually and then it never worked at all in the morning when we left.

First, it does not meet Expedia's standards. It was especially inconvenient for seniors. Steps up to 2nd floor or steps down to first floor. Split foyer entrance. The room was clean enough but not up to date. Headboard fell of the wall. They did tack it back up. Booking this facility was probably my fault for not noticing the rating was low. Won't be staying there again.

Ok place
Nice room was gonna stay longer.But the price went up drastically.The very next day could use better.Customer service person at the desk stayed on the phone while.I was trying to check out and didn't say anything to me
