We booked from Tuesday to Saturday and on the Wednesday we found two roaches on Wednesday and one roach on Thursday so we told the receptionist to change our room and she was so rude to us, yelling and asking a whole bunch of questions, finally she gave us a different room and the new room stink so bad we had to open the window because it was unbearable and the smell was coming from the washroom but we didn’t say anything again because it will seem like we are doing too much! And we still found roaches in the new room too! The good thing is their breakfast was good and other staffs were nice

Many guests didn’t respect that it was late at night and they shouldn’t let their doors slam. Also heard cleaning staff talking loudly in the hallways just after 6 am. The room was ok but didn’t feel super clean. It could probably use some updating- the couch cushions were all sunken in and worn- I chose not to sit there. Bed was comfortable.

This location was in a convenient location, very clean, well stocked & well- lit.
Every staff member we interacted with was approachable, genuinely friendly & welcoming!
I highly recommend this Comfort Inn!

No roll in shower but accessible tub had great handrails and a shower chair. The shower curtain wouldn’t close well so very dangerous slippery floor coming out of shower.
Bed was almost comfortable but still struggled to sleep. Breakfast was minimal.

The lady who checked us in and the male who checked us out was very friendly and was a pleasure to speak with. Now on the other hand, the tall lady with glasses who has an accent, maybe Russian but not sure, needs customer service training. Around
