Our room was great, plenty of space and comfortable bed. The bathroom had plenty of counter space and big enough for two people to use.

Room was nice, a/c worked, and nice staff. Informed at check in that elevator out of order. Wished bathroom had hooks to hang towels and bathroom fan. A/c had leak first night and was taken care by next day. Over all good stay.

First of all, they only had one room ready for my reservation, when my reservation was for two rooms.
The elevator was out and they put us on the second floor. Three in our group have physical limitations and we had to carry our luggage upstairs.
This hotel is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in.
The floors haven’t been vacuumed in a long time.
When we entered our room, we found a dorito chip and candy wrapper on the floor. The floors were filthy, the bedside table had sticky residue on it and the sheets were dingy and dirty.

TERRIBLE breakfast. Hashbrown looked like it was from last week. The night shift person told me they had no rooms to accommodate me downstairs to try somewhere else. Their elevators were broken my entire stay. I had my baby with me and this was probably the worse hotel experience I’ve ever experienced. Dirty, smelled like mold. Went to days inn and the experience was totally different. If I didn’t have my little one I would have stayed there !!!

Two different rooms both with mold. Loud guests. Broken elevator for multiple days requiring to carry babies and luggage up three flights of stairs. Felt unsafe due to propped exterior doors and broken locks.

Remodeling means it’s lacking maintenance
Overall stay was ok, but I feel I over paid for this hotel. At $130 for one night I found the room and the facilities to be lacking. First the elevator was broken, third floor room. Once arriving to the room the floor trim was coming off of the wall. I couldn’t help but notice more as things were very obvious. When using the shower, the shower curtain was too short causing water to spill on the wall and floor. Outlet covers were taped to the wall. And I’m not a coding expert but I feel like the fire suppression system sprinklers are supposed to be exposed from behind the ceilings.

Everything was okay at first until we got back from our event, the rooms was completely wet, we had to bags in the closet full of water, we slept in hoodies because the humidity in the room, our bags, sheets, clothes everything was saturated. I asked the staff, and they said yes it has been an issue. They NEED de-humidifiers in the rooms. The rooms where cool because of the AC units just full of water in the air. The other issue was breakfast, there was hardly any food, we had to wait for biscuits and bagels, no fruit, no bacon none of the usual stuff that we normally get when we stayed there in the past.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Like the convenience of pre check in from your phone, I just showed them the confirmation and got my key! Room was tidy.
