Room and elevator was absolutely disgusting!!. I killed two cockroaches in my bathroom. Floor on my room bad and the couch with something on it.

First off, front desk staff was super nice! And yes, we felt as though the hotel was pet friendly.
The breakfast selection was ok; however, the pancake batter was a little weird (like oily, juicy looking consistency) and tasted funny as well. We opted out after the first attempt.
Our biggest complaint was the cleanliness. This hotel needs a major deep clean. Every counter in our room had not been wiped in a very long time. The lamps were covered in gross stuck on dust. The odor in both the room and hallway smelled like a Pot-O-Gold. The hallways needed to be swept, the same trash laid on the floor all weekend. The floors in our room were slimy and sticky. GROSS! The shower head was covered in gunk. The window was gross to look out of. Honestly, we were scared to touch mostly everything. I would not ever book this hotel again, unfortunately.

The room was nice, but needs a little updating in the bathroom. Ms. Debbie was warm and welcoming. She also explained where everything was and if I needed anything else that she would be able to assist within her shift!

Reserved two rooms for my party. I got to my room and was missing curtains on my window among other things so I immediately went down to change rooms. Both our rooms had several things that were broken or in unacceptable condition. This included doors that wouldn’t close, rusted fixtures in the bathroom, etc. Their convenience area was empty and there were no vending machines on the property so I had to leave the property just to get a bottle of water. After reaching out to the property directly, their resolution was a refund of 50% of one of the two rooms.
