The front desk clerk Ms. Rhonda was absolutely WONDERFUL, that’s the only reason I gave this rating 2stars. The room looked clean, but when we pulled back the sheets the liens weren’t clean, those was hair in the bed like someone had slept there before and I’m not talking about a strand or two the sheets were dirty. Called down to the front desk and Ms. Rhonda immediately moved us to another room. Once again great customer service, but lacking on room service, which made me feel very uncomfortable.

Thanksgiving Day, we came down for breakfast 1-1/2 before they closed and there was only one muffin and an apple available. Dining room was full. Coffee was out and juice machine wasn’t working. A family of six arrived after us, hoping to get a quick breakfast because nothing was open to go out. We couldn’t find the attendant to stock new items at the breakfast bar. Disappointed in not being able to have a breakfast, even though it was Thanksgiving morning. The room was comfortable with cold AC and the staff was very friendly. This was our third time to stay at this location.

There were no clean towels in my room. The bathroom was really dirty. The overall place didn’t smell clean upon entering. I will not book again at Sparks by Hilton in Branson, MS.

Room was fairly cheap. Big and spacious. Breakfast was barely worth acknowledging as it was just bagels or cereal. Toilet and shower were dirty. We only stayed one night and decided not to shower because it was gross. If we were staying for longer I would’ve asked for a refund

I got checked in and went to my room. There was a new cleaning lady still working on it. The supervisor( or the one training the new one) went up and beyond to make sure it was done right. She kept apologizing for it not to being ready. Every one was super nice
