Great stay for work!
For the price I figured it wouldn’t be worth staying at. But all I needed was a place to sleep for work. It looked like all of the tenants were there for work. Large parking spaces, everything worked in the motel room, updated recently, and very nice people. Couldn’t beat the price and location was perfect.

Inside old. Outside not kept up. I hope they are working on it. Says under new management, but open window next door, easy access for pests & critters.

It wasn't terrible considering the low price but could be better. The wifi signal was weak and my computer would not operate. The bedding seemed clean but the sheets were badly stained. The ceiling in bathroom was crumbling from water damage. The airconditioning unit was very loud. On the positive, friendly clerk, safe, easy parking and close to places to eat.

Had funeral in Hughes springs, so stayed at the Royal Inn in Linden. 60 dollar motel, so I did not expect much. Arrived and the staff were friendly, rooms were clean and did not have the old motel or smoke smell in it. Bed was comfy, but could use a little heavier blanket. TV was direct tv so plenty to watch. Some reviews complained about location, coffee maker ect, but you are not getting Dom for a MD 2020 pricing.

Could not sleep well, AC took a while to cool down room. Middle of the night I keep getting knocks on my door so I look and it’s a guy and a girl that is clearly not sober asking me for money.
